COACHING

Having coached youth and adults for the past 10 years, experimenting with what works and what doesn't. I'll show you that there is much more to the sport than swim, bike, and run. I will keep you well-rounded and injury-free with functional strength, rest & recovery, proper nutrition, and physiological balance in your routine.

A customized plan that will enhance your specific strengths and erase your flaws is the way I'll encourage you to be the finest athlete possible. Whether you're just starting out or honing your skills to acheive your greatest goals, my coaching style will motivate you to accomplish more than you ever thought possible.

• Regular testing, progress monitoring and feedback for training strategy
• Race support covering: strategies, transitions, terrain, swim conditions, and logistics to minimize race day stress and anxiety

B Plan - Price: $200 per month

• Personalized assessment of skills, strengths and weaknesses

• Unlimited email contact and one (1) phone conversation per week
• Regular testing, progress monitoring and feedback for training strategy

C Plan - Price: $150 per month
